KSG Catering and Blank Slate Design have teamed up to bring innovative and delicious food experiences to our customers. I joined the Blank Slate team as a creative partner in 2021. In 2023, KSG x Blank Slate pitched for the chance to launch 10 new restaurants, bars, and cafés in Dublin Airport—and we won! Whoohoo! One of our first brands, Bluebird, took flight in 2024, and we couldn’t be prouder to see it soar!
From initial illustrations to final signage, my team at Blank Slate and I meticulously crafted every touchpoint for Bluebird. What we loved most about this project was the trust our clients at KSG placed in us to bring their brand to life. Collaborating with interior architects, signage specialists and fabricators, we created the remarkable unit you see today at Dublin Airport.
