The Lay's Europe team needed to modernize their premium Gourmet range while preserving the brand equity built in markets where it was already performing strongly. The line suffered from unclear positioning and a weak distinctive assets kit leaving it under-equipped for the off-pack world. On shelves dominated by the category shorthand of black and gold packaging, Lay's needed to reassert why their kettle-cooked chips stood apart: superior flavour, texture, and crunch.

From initial illustrations to final signage, my team at Blank Slate and I meticulously crafted every touchpoint for Bluebird. What we loved most about this project was the trust our clients at KSG placed in us to bring their brand to life. Collaborating with interior architects, signage specialists and fabricators, we created the remarkable unit you see today at Dublin Airport.
